What a Farce - 2010!

The Redbourn Players excelled themselves this year with an outstanding performance of "Run for Your Wife" by Ray Cooney!  The plot is the story of a London cabbie, John Smith, who has 2 wives who know nothing about each other.  One wife lives in Streatham and the other in Wimbledon.  Unfortunately, his carefully organised double-life starts to unravel after he is mugged and the police from both areas get involved, with hilarious results!

We bears thoroughly enjoyed this play - it was a much more ambitious production than the one they performed last year, but as usual they carried it off with aplomb!

As all 3 nights were sold out, we would recommend that you book up early for next year's production - whatever it is, it will be funny, beautifully-performed and a great night out!

Nice review. I just hope you don't find our next production too funny if it's supposed to be a tragedy! Actually, our next one will be a panto so there may well be some comedy.
