Not for the faint-hearted, Part 2!

Day 2 after the fall and the bruise on Bev's arm has lost its livid red and purple colouration and been replaced by a more subdued dark purple colour.  Luckily, the other bruises are not so spectacular, and while her garotted foot is painful it isn't really a life-threatening injury!

Impressive, isn't it?  One thing you can say about Bev is that she never does anything by halves - if she's going to fall over, she does it with style :-)
