Poor Bev has been in the wars this week! Firstly, she burned her arm when draining pasta out of the pressure cooker, leaving her with a painful red mark on her arm. Dr Paul came to the rescue with some magic spray that cooled the burn and he then covered it with gauze.
Unfortunately, when attaching the gauze to Bev's skin, Paul didn't take into account the problems she has with her skin. Needless to say, she had an allergic reaction to the tape, which left her with several angry red marks where the tape had been as well as the red burn mark!
And then to add insult to injury, the following day she had her flu jab in the same arm. And yup, you've guessed it, she has had a reaction to that as well, leaving her with a large inflamed patch at the top of her arm!
The only good news is that this is all on her left arm, and Bev is right-handed, so as Paul would say, IT COULD BE WORSE!
