London Twilight Zone / London Triangle

Poor Bev, unlike us bears, has an abysmal sense of direction. She was in Harrow today, and got lost coming home, despite a very sensible navigation device. She freaked out when she saw a sign for "central London" so took the opposite direction from the one recommended by her SatNav and then ended up driving through the centre of Watford. Signs kept appearing at the side of the road saying "central London" which made Bev feel as if she were in a London Twilight Zone or London Triangle! And then, just as she was giving up hope of ever finding her way home, she crossed a familiar roundabout over the M25 - she never thought she would be glad to see the M25 (in actual fact, she normally goes out of her way to avoid it).

So, she finally made her way home safely, but what are we going to do with her? She really shouldn't be allowed out of the house without an extra-long piece of string to find her way back home again! Perhaps she needs a tracker sellotaped to her body so that Paul can find her when she fails to come home, or I should volunteer as a "guide bear" to help her find her way home again :-)

Suggestions on preventing Bev getting lost should be emailed to Hamish MacBear.
