As part of "Take Your Teddy to Work Day", both Bill and myself were taken to work on Friday - I went with Bev to her office and Bill went with Paul in his van to Southend, Hoddeston and Shefford.

Bill got to drive the van, wear his high-viz vest and wear cool shades, he had burgers, donuts and candy floss for lunch, and while Paul was working he went to the pleasure beach at Southend.
Meanwhile, I went to the office with Bev and had a yummy lunch (hot panini, cake and shortbread) and lounged around watching people work. Everyone was very nice to me in the office, admiring my jeans and t-shirt on Dress Down Friday, and I had a lovely day.

However, I had a narrow escape when someone offered me some web development work to do, but I managed to look incredibly dim so they changed their mind (phew!). I also got to meet the new in-house recruiter, but luckily she didn't offer to interview or recruit me.
