Dim customers :-(

Well, it's no wonder that Paul comes home in a grumpy mood if he has to deal with dim customers. His latest is a customer who complained about the cost of their heating and said they didn't have to pay for their heating in their previous house. Paul then politely asked if they had lived in a Swedish-type of house (communal heating systems), and she looked at him blankly and said "No, it was in Peckham". Doh! Paul wasn't asking if you lived in Sweden, you silly customer, he was asking if you lived in a Swedish-style house! BIG difference!
