At last, Bev has allowed me to download the photographs from her camera. Here we are sitting on the bed at the Premier Travel Inn at St Neots - we came back from Ipswich on Saturday night, stayed overnight at St Neots, then headed off to Northampton on Sunday morning after a rummage round the bins for some breakfast. Bev was as good as her word - is that not the biggest bed you have ever seen! We comfortably got all 4 bears and 2 adults in that bed without anyone getting seriously squashed. Ok, little Ted did get squashed a bit, but that's normal because he is so small. At least he didn't get left behind this time!
And here is a photograph of Bev's face after spectating at Ipswich - what does she look like? She had to check into the Premier Travel Inn looking like that. No wonder the woman looked worried - she was probably thinking of her nice clean WHITE sheets meeting up with that face! And you should have seen the bottom of the bath after her shower - it was covered in black grit! Did anyone check the colour of the sheets before we left the hotel? Were there 6 black outlines in the bed where we had been sleeping, or was it just where Bev the dirt magnet had been sleeping?
Now, which hotel should we stay in when we have a double weekend at Coventry and Hednesford? If you think Bev looks dirty in that photograph, she will be ten times muckier after a night at Coventry! We'll never get into a hotel with her looking like that! Would you want that face sleeping in your clean white sheets?????
