Last week temperatures reached a tropical 13C! Poor Bill and Phoebe sweltered in their thick winter coats as the temperatures rocketed, the snow melted and the seals sailed north on icebergs! Yipee, no more smelly seal meat stinking out the house!
So, is this global warming? Not likely - this week the temperatures are back to normal for January, with heavy frosts and chill winds. Phoebe and Bill will be delighted, but the rest of us bears will be huddled up in bed to keep warm! And we will be availing ourselves of the local pizza delivery service - no smelly, blubbery seal meat for us!
