Racing at Skegness & Kings Lynn

Well, the weather forecasts were correct - the weather was horrible on Friday and Saturday, with the result that we all decided to stay in bed and keep warm. The racing at Kings Lynn on Saturday was cancelled, but some hardy drivers turned up to race at Skegness on Friday in what became a blizzard!

Frankie's new tarmac car wasn't ready, so he was racing his shale car, and did very well by winning a heat, the final and coming 5th in the Grand National. Daniel also did very well in what was his first real race - he qualified in his heat and came 7th in the final. A very respectable result for a novice, especially as he was up against some serious opposition! Well done to Frankie and Daniel, and well done to all the drivers who braved the elements to entertain the crowd.

Paws crossed the weather will be better in a couple of week's time when we are all off to Coventry to watch the racing and watch Paul wave his flags!
