Well, there is good news and bad news from the racing at Sheffield on Sunday. The good news is that Daniel did very well indeed, winning both his heats, coming in 10th in the final and 8th in the Grand National. It is an excellent start for young Daniel, and he is already 6th in the Grading Points.
The bad news? Well, poor Frankie only managed a 6th in both heats and then came off in the final in a cloud of smoke with flames coming out the side of his car! He had apparently put a conrod through the side of his engine, which is a disaster!
Well done to Daniel, but paws crossed Frankie can fix his engine in time for Saturday's racing at Coventry!
