More daft customers

Paul is really losing the plot with his daft customers, but he has the ultimate weapon (apart from his grumpiness)!

Customer has no hot water and a leaking pipe, which Paul fixes though there is the small possibility it might drip once every 6 - 12 hours - it is the best he can do until the unit is replaced. Customer is unimpressed and tries to tell Paul how to do his job, which is a BIG mistake! Paul gets increasingly irritated and tries the tighten up the joint to shut the customer up, but as he predicted it makes the problem much worse. Now the pipe starts leaking badly. At which point Paul resorts to his ultimate weapon - he caps off the water supply, and the customer now has no water at all! Doh! Oh, and Paul was very grumpy as well.

Ok, Mr Customer - don't try to tell Paul how to do his job and you might be left with running water (though there is no guarantee it will be hot water).
